All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment. We cannot cancel or modify and order once it has been placed, as it is immediately processed for shipment.

We cannot offer refunds on items that are delivered late or are missing after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Refunds: We can only provide refunds on damaged or defective units. If the item is damaged by the customer we cannot provide a refund. If your item is defective or damaged. Please send us an email on our "contact us" page. Please include your order number, a description of the request and images of the defective unit. A member of our team will review the refund request and will respond within 24 hours of the request. 

Returns:We do not accept returns for any reason. 

Aurora Light Shell™ is not responsible for carriers delivering items to the incorrect address. Our shipments are delivered directly to the requested address of the customer as it was formatted in the order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify the shipment address.

Order cancellation: Once an order has been placed, It will immediately be processed for shipment. Because the order is in process, we cannot cancel or modify the shipment. All sales are final.
